Badge
A small upper-case label that qualifies what is next to it: example (a hairline outline in border-strong, its word in fg-default) marks example data, coming (action-subtle) marks a command or feature that is not released yet, and note (same colours) adds a short hint such as “most teams”.

Guidelines
Section titled “Guidelines”- Badges qualify, chips describe: “coming” next to a command is a badge; “changed · 4.2%” is a chip.
- Every number or command on the site that is not real today carries one (the honesty rule of the landing page).
- Example is neutral ink, never
signal(decision, TICKET-122). Example content never uses the system colours (signal, success, warning, error), and the label that marks it does not either: an orange “example” would read as “changed”. The outline keeps it apart from the filledcomingandnotebadges. The word isfg-defaulton the surface (7:1 in both themes, no contrast exception), the outlineborder-strong(3:1).
